What will I get in my Special Delivery from Taste of Home box?
When will my box ship?
When you purchase a box, it will ship within 2-5 business days. All subsequent subscription boxes will ship around the 20th of the seasonal months per the schedule below. You’ll receive an email letting you know when your next box is on the way.
Spring: February – March
Summer: May – June
Fall: August – September
Winter: November – December
When will I get billed for the subscription box each season?
If you purchase a single box, you’ll be charged when you initially checkout. If you purchase a subscription box, you’ll be charged when you checkout and then you’ll be placed on our regular billing and shipping cycles. You’ll be charged for subsequent boxes on the 1st of the month in which each box ships and boxes are shipped on or before the 20th.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes, you may cancel anytime before you are billed for the next box. To cancel or change your payment method, please email Customer Care at support@tasteofhomebox.com. You can also manage your account by logging in here.
